Good Morning, Mayor Sampson.

Here is your next assignment should you choose to accept it.

You are to convince all the members of the Borough Assembly that their failed coup has not completely destroyed our mission.

You will spend the next two years convincing people of the Fairbanks North Star Borough that the Borough assembly is a non-partisan, conscientious body of government that has the best interests of all borough citizens in mind.

You must convince the residents of the Fairbanks North Star Borough that you really were a resident of Fairbanks when you were first elected mayor, and that you can be a better mayor than you are a campaign strategist.

Remember Mayor Sampson, if you or any member of your team are caught, we will disavow any knowledge of your existence.

This tape will self-destruct in 10 seconds.
